Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.
If your package is marked "Returned to Sender" or cannot be delivered due to:

Wrong/incomplete address

Failure to pick up from your local post office

Refusal of delivery

No safe place to leave the package

You may request:

Reshipment

We will reship your order once it returns to our warehouse.
Additional shipping fees may apply.

Refund

A refund can be issued minus the original shipping costs.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please check with neighbors, family members, or your building/package room.

Contact the local carrier with your tracking number.

If still unresolved, email us and we will assist.

ÉCLATTE is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

ÉCLATTE is not responsible for import fees or customs taxes, if applicable in your country.
Most packages arrive without any extra fees, but policies vary by region.
