30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition

Include all accessories (charger, remote, straps, etc.)

Not show signs of heavy use, damage, or misuse

Be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

Refunds are issued after the product is received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Used skincare or LED devices with visible wear

Items damaged after delivery

Products returned without accessories or packaging

Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items

If an item is returned in poor condition or missing components, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund.

Order Errors, Damaged Packages, Missing Items

If your item arrives:

Missing parts

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will replace the item at no cost.

Branding Notice

Due to high demand and rotating inventory, some early-batch units may arrive without the printed logo or with minor cosmetic differences.

This does NOT affect performance, technology, or results.

The device is manufactured by the same supplier and meets the same specifications.

This is not considered “item not as described” and is not a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

Once branded stock is fully restocked, all orders will ship with the official logo.

This clause protects you from customers claiming “fake product” or “not branded” for a refund.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged

Not functioning properly

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation is not guaranteed.
